Di heads up esg’s Employability Division.  She is an experienced professional with many years sector knowledge accumulated working in high profile private and public organisations.

Whilst at esg Di has worked on the group’s national delivery of DWP and LSC contracts in the North East, North West and Scotland, including New Deal for Disabled Persons (NDDP), New Deal and New Deal Prime Contract, Employability Skills Programme Centre, Skills for Jobs and Routeways.

Career highlights include delivering a wide range of Government Welfare to Work services for a sector leading private provider, as well as over 20 years public service with the Government’s Benefits Agency.
